Problem: Dark mechanic shop.                                     Solution: Paint overhead with D.T.M. reflective white.                  Add red graphic stripe at back wall.                  

Facility washed to remove mldew. Sidewall shingle restained. Trim work prepared and repainted.

Problem: Floor paint failure.                                           Solution: Strip floor finish to bare concrete. Acid etch to provide "tooth" to promote adhesion. Finish with high impact industrial epoxy.                                             

Problem: Roof and siding covered in mildew growth.   Solution: Wash building with mildew remover.                                                     

Problem: Perpetual paint failure.                                  Solution: Complete paint removal. New stain.
